Reusable Mold Form/Splice Kits

Ocean Innovations offers underwater cable splice kits designed for field and workshop cable repair, splicing, and overmolding applications. Each kit features a durable, reusable two-piece mold form with interchangeable end bells that accommodate cable diameters of 7 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 13 mm, and 14 mm.

Each kit includes a reusable mold form, interchangeable mold end bells, all required assembly hardware, and vinyl tape for building up undersized cable diameters to ensure a proper mold fit. For potting compound, 3M ScotchCast 2131B is recommended (sold separately).

Ideal for underwater cable splicing, subsea cable repair, marine instrumentation, ROV systems, oceanographic equipment, and other harsh-environment cable protection applications.
