Originally designed for deploying ROVs and sensors from an Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV), the CROC Mini is ideal for any portable or remote application utilizing a small-diameter tether. In its most basic form, it offers a manual payout and retrieval, and can store up to 200 m of 5 mm diameter cable. Or, with the smart control option, including an embedded controller and DC motor, the CROC Mini can be operated over wireless systems or perform semi-autonomous payout and retrieval functions.
