Ideal for inspecting pipes ranging from 6–24 in. (150–600 mm), the A-150 features a compact crawler capable of traversing disjointed pipe sections, debris, and challenging terrain. Modular rubber and carbide wheel kits increase traction and stability while raising the camera to maintain optimal positioning throughout the inspection. A robotic lift arm automatically centers the Full HD pan-and-tilt camera in pipe diameters up to 24 in. (600 mm), providing comprehensive inspection coverage with 360° pan and 280° tilt.
The X Package includes a powered tether reel with an integrated distance counter, allowing operators to accurately locate defects while simplifying crawler deployment and retrieval. The powered reel automatically manages tether payout and retrieval to improve traction and reduce operator fatigue. Hybrid power capability enables continuous crawler operation while charging the onboard battery for extended inspection durations.
A rugged 10-inch tablet controller equipped with Pipe Trekker Control Software provides intuitive system control, live inspection viewing, and native report generation.
