CROC Tether Reel
The Reach Systems CROC Tether Reel is a durable, compact cable-management system designed for ROVs, robotic crawlers, sonar systems, sensors, and other remotely operated equipment.
The standard CROC provides substantially greater tether capacity than the CROC Mini while maintaining a portable, easy-to-use design. It can accommodate up to 1,300 m of 5 mm tether, with additional capacities available for larger cable diameters.
A range of configuration options is available, including motorized payout and retrieval, adjustable level wind, deployment arm and sheave, and an integrated cable counter. The CROC can also be upgraded with a Smart Winch option for remote or autonomous control.
